Augustine Place is a small residential community in southeast Tallahassee. The association exists for one reason: to keep the neighborhood well cared for, its shared areas maintained, and its property values steady — without a management company between neighbors and decisions.
Every homeowner is a member. The board is made up of five volunteers who live here, and any resident is welcome at board meetings. If something needs attention — a shared-area repair, a rules question, a change you're planning to your home — start by reaching out.
