Welcome to the neighborhood

Augustine Place is a small residential community in southeast Tallahassee. The association exists for one reason: to keep the neighborhood well cared for, its shared areas maintained, and its property values steady — without a management company between neighbors and decisions.

Every homeowner is a member. The board is made up of five volunteers who live here, and any resident is welcome at board meetings. If something needs attention — a shared-area repair, a rules question, a change you're planning to your home — start by reaching out.

Make checks payable to Augustine Place HOA and mail to 1563 Capital Cir SE, Box 386, Tallahassee, FL 32301. Write your property address in the memo line.

Contact the treasurer, Gregory Smith, for current electronic payment options.

Need a payment plan?
Reach the treasurer before your account goes delinquent. The board would far rather work something out than send a notice.
